these terms govern your use of gogrepthat (gogrepthat.com), an agentic research terminal. gogrepthat is part of the manymoats family of products. by using gogrepthat, you agree to these terms.

1. what gogrepthat is

gogrepthat is a research tool: you give it a target or a query, a crew of agents harvests information and hands back receipts tagged verified, unverified, or could-not-find. it is a software tool, not a research firm, a law firm, or a financial adviser, and it does not provide legal, financial, or investment advice.

2. the house crew & your operator key

the house crew runs at $0, with no account or key required. paid crews (balanced, gemini, max) and pdf/image/video file processing run on an operator key you provide — your own API key with your own provider. when you use your operator key, you are contracting directly with that provider under their terms and pricing, and you are responsible for any charges they bill you. gogrepthat does not bill you for paid-crew usage; it passes your key's requests through on your behalf.

3. your operator key is yours to control

you can clear your operator key at any time, which locks paid crews and reverts you to the $0 house crew. we do not use your key for anything other than the requests you initiate.

4. acceptable use

• don't use gogrepthat for anything illegal, or to harm, harass, defraud, or infringe others.
• don't use it to make false or unsourced claims about a named company — the honesty standard the tool itself follows binds your use of its output too.
• don't attempt to breach security, scrape the service at scale, or abuse rate limits.

5. output accuracy & no professional advice

gogrepthat's output is AI-assisted research. results are labeled verified, unverified, or could-not-find — never presented as more certain than the underlying evidence supports. output is assistance, not a guarantee of accuracy, and is not legal, financial, or investment advice. you are responsible for verifying anything you rely on before acting.

6. your content

you own the queries you submit and the reports generated for you. we don't claim ownership of your work. we respect intellectual property and honor valid DMCA takedown requests.

7. availability & disclaimers

gogrepthat is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. to the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us directly (if any) in the twelve months before the claim — this does not include charges billed to you by your own operator-key provider.

8. changes & termination

we may update these terms; material changes are posted here with a new "last updated" date. you may stop using gogrepthat at any time. we may suspend or end access for violations of these terms.

9. governing law

these terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
