$0, always — no account, no card, no key. there is nothing to refund or cancel on the free crew.paid crews run on your operator key, not our billing
gogrepthat does not charge you a subscription for balanced, gemini, or max crews, or for pdf/image/video processing. those run on an operator key you provide — your own account with your own AI provider. any charges for that usage are billed to you directly by your provider, under their pricing and their refund policy. gogrepthat has no visibility into, and does not process, those charges.
clearing your key
you can clear your operator key from gogrepthat at any time. this immediately locks paid crews and pdf/image/video processing and reverts you to the $0 house crew — there is no cancellation flow needed because there is no subscription to cancel.
if gogrepthat itself ever charges you directly
if a future paid plan is billed directly by gogrepthat (rather than through your own operator key), it will bill monthly and we will never charge a lump annual fee — the same rule as every product in the manymoats family. that plan would be cancellable in one click, and this page would be updated to reflect it before it goes live.
something went wrong on our end
if the house crew failed to run, or a bug on our side caused a problem with your operator-key usage, contact us — we'll help make it right, though provider-billed charges are ultimately governed by your provider's own terms.
